Can I change the date or route of a ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles after flying one of the segments of the reservation?
You can change the date or route of your ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles as long as the conditions allow you to do so, the ticket is valid and the change is requested before the original date and time of the flight. Request the change through our Contact Form.
In the case of a change of route, the new destination must be within the same zone of the redeemed ticket and if differences in LATAM Pass Miles are generated, these will be deducted from the account of the member who made the original redemption.
Remember that a service charge will be applied when making changes to your redeemed ticket, depending on whether it is a domestic or international route.
