What do I have to do to transport my pet with LATAM Cargo?

To transport your pet, whether dog or cat, it must be at least 8 weeks old and be in good health.

Depending on the flight type, consider the following instructions:

• International flights: in order to guarantee your pet’s safety, reservations should be made through a cargo agency. You can search for recommendations of cargo agencies on the International Pet and Animal Transportation Association website.
   
• Domestic flights: you can make your reservation directly with our Contact Center depending on the country of origin, as described at the following link, with the exception of brachycephalic pets in Brazil, where reservations must be made through an authorized agent.

In both cases, please keep in mind that the pet must have the required documentation for the place of origin, connection and destination.

During the trip, your pet must travel in an appropriate-sized kennel or transport container, where it can move around comfortably.
