How do I know if the email I received is fraudulent?
We care about your security and that of all our passengers, and we will never ask you for your LATAM Pass password or credit card information via email. Nor download programs as part of a promotion.
If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent email, we recommend that you verify the site to which the links direct you by placing the mouse pointer over them (without clicking). The browser will show you the real web address in the status bar or as a pop up. If the link URL is written in the body of the email, we suggest you copy and paste the link text instead of clicking directly. Also pay attention to the extension of the attached files, we will never send you files with ".exe" extension. Remember not to share your email or personal data on websites, or to people who may make irresponsible use of this information.
