How to check the status of my case?

To check the status of your case you can follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Help center and in the section "Contact us" click on "Check the status of your cases."
2. Enter the email associated with the case you want to check. You can review a single case or all of the cases associated with your email.
3. Check your email, we will send you an access to your cases (this may take a few minutes).
4. Access your cases and review the information.
