How to check the status of my case?
To check the status of your case you can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Help center and in the section "Contact us" click on "Check the status of your cases."
- Enter the email associated with the case you want to check. You can review a single case or all of the cases associated with your email.
- Check your email, we will send you an access to your cases (this may take a few minutes).
- Access your cases and review the information.
