How to check the status of my case?

To check the status of your case you can follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Help Center in the section Do you want to check a case?
2. Enter the email associated with the case you want to check.
3. Check your email, we will send you an access to your cases (this may take a few minutes).
4. Access your cases and review the information.
