I am pregnant, what do I need to travel?
At LATAM Airlines, we recommend that you avoid traveling during the third trimester of pregnancy due to increased health risks and limited medical assistance onboard. For your safety and your baby’s well-being, please always consult your doctor before flying.
If you are in good health, you can travel without restrictions until your 30th week (except if you are traveling to or from Argentina or Peru, where you can travel until you are 28 weeks pregnant). After this period, you must present a medical certificate at the airport counter with the authorization to travel.
To review the requirements of the document according to the week of pregnancy, go to the pregnant women section of our website.
