A Travel Voucher is a compensation document that can be delivered after some contingency.

 

What can you do with your Travel Voucher?

For United States, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia or Ecuador:

Add the Travel Voucher to your LATAM Wallet and your balance will be updated manual or automatically to:

• Pay for tickets, seats, baggage allowance and boarding fees whenever you wish.
• Or request a refund from your LATAM Wallet, if conditions and regulations apply. You will receive the amount in 3 to 7 business days via bank transfer.

For Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, México, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Australia or New Zealand:

You will have two options to use it:

• Add the Travel Voucher to your LATAM Wallet and your balance will be updated manual or automatically to pay for tickets, seats, baggage allowance and boarding fees whenever you wish.
• Or you can request the money by calling our Contact Center. You will receive the amount within a maximum period of 7 business days if you paid with credit card or 20 business days if you paid with cash or check.

 

What is the validity of a Travel Voucher?

Due to the global situation regarding COVID-19, we are taking all necessary steps to give you more flexibility. Therefore, each Travel Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of its issuance.
